Sweet Vale of Avoca Museum
The Sweet Vale of Avoca Museum is now in the off-season
and will return to the regular schedule Memorial Day 2025.
During the off-season, we will be open the
third Sunday of each month from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Due to the third Sunday in April being Easter Sunday, we have
decided NOT to open the Museum that day. Come see us in May.
You can also call to set up a special appointment.
Newtown/Avoca Historical Society
will meet Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at the
Sweet Vale of Avoca Museum beginning at 6:00 p.m.

Curators have started working in the Kitchen Booth as they add pegboard to the back wall for displaying the extensive collection of kitchen utensils for better viewing.
